All our bread, pastam pizzas and pastries are made with our organic, unbleached stoneground flour. Everything from bacon & egg rolls in the morning to slow-fermented wood-fire pizzas for lunch or dinner to our schiacciata (Tuscan flatbread); and sandwiches.
