In order for us to do our best we must first surround ourselves with the best. We work alongside the best Australian farmers and grain suppliers in the country to collaborate in growing the best grains and wheat for our family (which others refer to as customers).

Pina, our real Italian Nonna
Pina’s recipes are authentic, honest and unchanged, passed down from her mother and grandmother from their village in Calabria, Southern Italy.
Pina’s philosophy when it comes to cooking good Italian food is simple, “it’s about using great produce with the right balance of ingredients cooked with the idea of feeding family, it’s about making people happy”.
Pina currently have five of her favourite Calabrian dishes on the Heritage menu that haven’t changed for generations, sharing her age-old recipes to our customers within the Tramsheds. Working closing with Fabio, Heritage’s Head Chef to ensure her recipes stay true to their home cooked essence.
